Wool felt was used for the pages of the needle case.

An inspirational craftalong; once a month, through our four seasons. Guided by the wonderful book, "The Children's Year: Seasonal crafts and clothes" by Cooper, Fynes-Clinton, and Rowling.

The Children's Year is divided into four sections, each pertaining to a season. Within each section there are many projects to choose from; however for this craftalong, choosing to complete one project per month will be the goal. Some of these projects can be completed in a day, while others take a bit longer. Projects are varied and include paper crafts, woodworking, sewing, knitting, and more.
The goal is to have a picture up on this blog, by the end of each month. Want to craftalong? Please do. You may email me the pictures of your completed projects along with a description (you do not need a blog to join in). ReplyDeleteI just got the book this afternoon(yes, I did sign up for a craftalong for a book I didn't have) and was so excited that I sat down and made one right away.
I will post it on my blog tomorrow. Now I feel all caught up. What a fun, quick project!
