Here is our (Wind in the Wildwood) birdfeeder. Eoghan is in cub scouts, and has been practicing knots with his grandpa; so, he tied the stop knots on the bottom (the knot is called the worm).

Project #103: Bird table on page 154, of the 2005 edition of The Children's Year. A very simple project, and a sweet gift for our feathered friends. I can imagine that children would love to help drilling holes in the wood, and finger knitting cords; adults too! Craftalong with love! Anna
